I am Chiara Fiorenzo, a Real Estate agent with a multi-faceted skill set and global worldview. I am an operational interlocutor with a lean structure based in Milan. I am one of the Professional Real Estate Agents of the Italian Federation (FIAIP) registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza and Brianza Lodi as a Business Agent in mediation and Agent with a mandate for consideration, with REA MI-2537752.

I perfectly know how to seize opportunities of changes in the Real Estate world.

My aim is to deliver an impeccable, full-service approach to Real Estate. I am driven to deliver success for my clients by providing top-notch customer service, trusted guidance, and great empathy.


FIAIP is the main trade association in the Real Estate sector recognized by the European Community. For more than 40 years, FIAIP is one of the largest and most dynamic European Federations in its field. For this reason, FIAIP is also accredited by the European Parliament. This Association is the technical referent of the O.P.M.I. Parliamentary Observatory of the Real Estate Market in Italy. Moreover, FIAIP is a member of Confindustria, Confedilizia, Tecnoborsa, Confassociazioni and collaborates with CEPI – European Association of Real Estate Professions and with NAR – National Association of Realtors. The Federation implements and supports many activities with the other associated federations or with those that have some interests in converging towards our category, institutions, and consumers. Among the many initiatives of our Federation there is also the collection and presentation of data regarding the trend of the Italian urban and tourist Real Estate market. The research examines the final data
and provides guidance and future market trends in the medium term. Today, FIAIP is the only association in the Real Estate sector able to offer a wide range of qualified services to its members by providing both behavioral and legislative guidelines as well as adequate professional preparation. FIAIP guarantees a clear communication and a respectful behavior towards its members and the entire Real Estate sector. Its constant work is to provide the optimal conditions to guarantee a qualified assistance to its customers and to all consumers in the market, respecting the essential and cardinal parts of the Federative Statute.


My core belief is that business can only thrive by ensuring the client comes first and keeping my clients’ goals at the forefront. To guarantee the best possible result, I provide my clients with my work experience in multiple sectors, the knowledge, and the appropriate tools. general exclusive approach in which I am the only professional in charge of dealing with the property.
exclusive area approach, in which I am the only professional in charge of dealing with the property. In this case, it is to be agreed together the region and/or the foreign country in which to operate.
exclusive on contact approach, for which the Customer presented by me or my colleagues will refer to us for an agreed period of time.

I operate in Milan, where I am based, in Rome and more generally in all Italian regions. I make use of a network of Professional Collaborators, which allows me to always assist the Customer individually.

I am not a Real Estate Agency.

Being flexible and adaptable is a choice. I like being present in places where my support is needed.

My Real Estate Geographies are born from selected geographical locations, able to offer interest of the context, high quality level, profitability of the investment. I chose to focus every cognitive and operational effort on

My Real Estate consulting activity is therefore mainly aimed at these significant geographical locations, both through an in-depth knowledge of the individual realities, and through a network of collaborators active “on site”. These localities, although of different geographical and socio-economic location, are united by the strong Real Estate interest.


Attentive listening allows me to accompany the customer in identifying the ideal and indispensable characteristics of the property. I find a property to buy that responds to precise architectural, stylistic and comfort requests, thanks also to synergies and partnerships connected over time, making the research targeted and effective.
